[EJobzNet]Our client, a multinational cement producer company, is currently looking for a hard working and highly dedicates with extensive experiences to support and consult cement plants in ASIA.
The following senior vacant positions are:

GENERAL MANAGER (GM)
The incumbents responsibilities are to effectively and efficiently do the planning, coordinating, directing and controlling the activities of plant in achieving the target production of cement, according to the companys project implementation strategy. This will include to create a long-term plant operation, make annual plan and annual operation targets as well as marketing plan as the basis of estimating production and review the annual budgets. He./She shall coordinate related activities, modify strategies suitable with the situation, review companys policies in related to improve productivity and work efficiency. Reports and provide feedback to BOD in implementationof operational strategies.
The incumbent will report to Technical Director.

FOREIGN PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD (FPDH)
Scope of works and responsibilities of the-incumbent are to plan, coordinate, direct and control. all purchasing activities of goods, import as well as local. He! She will also handle administrative support in order to ensure product availability, delivery and with a competitive price equal to its
quality. The responsibilities will include create annual budget, coordinating and directing all sections under his/her responsibilities, developing network of potential suppliers and/or forwarders, controlling of sections activities as well as the department annual budget to ensure
aninternal costs efficiency.
The incumbent will report to the Division Manager.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering / Mechanical
  • Have 5 years experiences as Plant Manager ( GM )
  • Having 2 years experience as Planner ( FPDH )
  • Have good Management Knowledge
  • Both position must be fluent in spoken and written English
